The vigorous design of ITC Korinna has brought this type design out of obscurity and into the typographic limelight. The original drawings for Korinna were executed at H. Berthold AG of Germany in 1904, as was the first cutting. ITC Korinna was developed into a family of four weights by Edward Benguiat, Victor Caruso and the staff of Photo-Lettering, Inc. of New York. The ITC Korinna Kursiv versions were drawn by Benguiat.
